Friday Focus - Perfect Pearls Pigment Powders

It's Friday F&F lovers, and that means it's time for the Friday Focus! Anita Houston here to bring you another video tutorial for a technique called Dylusions Perfect Splatter, which uses Dylusions Ink Sprays and Perfect Pearls Pigment Powders to create a gorgeous effect for a background.
